Project Doesn't Display in the Submittals View

In order for a project to display in the Submittals view, it must be associated with a program, it must have acceptance criteria associated with it, and you must have rights to it.

Associating a Project with a Program

A project must be associated with a program in order for the submitter to upload a schedule. A project can be associated with a program from the Programs hub Projects tab or from the Projects hub Overview tab.

The Project Acceptance Criteria Template

The acceptance criteria operate at the project level; that is, each project is associated with an acceptance criteria template that includes the metrics used to evaluate the submittals. This makes it easy to use different metrics on different types of projects or projects in different phases. When you create a project, you assign an acceptance criteria template to the project on the Project's Configuration tab.

If an acceptance criteria template that is associate with a project is deleted in Templates > Acceptance Criteria, the project will no longer display in the Submittals view and the submitter will not be able to upload a schedule. To avoid this, when you delete an acceptance criteria template that is associated with a project, you must select a different template on the Project's Configuration tab.

Project Access Rights

You can only see a project if you are one of the following:

  • The project owner
  • A member of the SYSADMIN group
  • A member of a group or a user that has been assigned the OWNER-DELEGATE role
  • A user or submitter listed in the Access Control List on the Project's Access Control tab
